The Apartment Window

Donny Simpson bumps into a big man while he is taking a photo at the Union Square. He apologizes to him but he keeps on telling Donny off and breaks Donny's camera. A few days later, Donny comes across him on the street and sees him entering an apartment building and taking out letters from a mailbox. The apartment building is opposite to Donny's apartment. Donny intends to ask him for compensating for his camera. However, he spots the big man tailing a man named Harris Emmer, who is the father of a woman called Corrina Emmer whom Donny has a crush on but Donny doesn't know Harris. He decides to watch the big man through the window. Unfortunately, it is covered by the curtain. Instead, he watches the entrance of the building to see what the man is going to do to Harris. During his watch, he sees the big man with boxes and bags in his hand walking into the entrance nervously and he notices three men entering the building, who Donny thinks have something to do with the big man. Harris has a feeling that someone is watching him behind a tree when he jogs and finds a shadow that appears from the outside of his house at night. He suspects that someone is going to hurt him. Meanwhile, a businessman Terence Foston tries his best to date Corrina and she needs to make the decision that she choose Terence or Donny as her boyfriend. Corrina invites the two to her birthday party. When Donny is on the way to her party, he spots the big man doing something suspicious and keeps an eye on him but forgets going to Corrina's party. She is angry and decides to choose Terence as her boyfriend. Hearing the news, Donny is sad and decides to give up on watching the big man. A week later, Donny goes to visit Corrina because he can't contact her through calls and emails. Donny is stunned to see Harris and tells him that the big man is tailing him. Harris tells Donny that Corrina is kidnapped for ransom. Donny thinks that the kidnap must be related to the big man. He decides to watch the entrance again. Donny sneaks in the big man's apartment for clues but he gets nothing. Then he follows the big man into a house where he sees Corrina. He fights with the big man. Suddenly, Terence appears and tells them that he kidnaps Corrina because he is in debt. When the big man walks up to Corrina, Terence hits him with a vase, making him fall down, unconscious. Terence surrenders. Finally, Corrina chooses Donny as her boyfriend.
