Synopsis/Details
Clark and Billy, two adolescent boys, wait outside of Clark's house in the early morning. They've been told that something big is going to happen, and they want to be sure to see it.
The appointed hour comes and goes with nothing happening. They start wondering why. Finally, they come to the conclusion that adults can just turn the clocks back and change the time - something they thought was big league stuff reserved for God.
Disappointed, Clark tells Billy that he's heard that this time change thing happens twice a year. Maybe next time is when the cool stuff happens? They agree to do this all again in six months.
