Synopsis/Details
This is the dramatic story of Estelle and Sid, both in their 70s and living in semi-poverty. When Estelle is diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and condemned to die within one year, to prolong her life, her doctor suggests a very expensive therapy. Seeing a glimmer of hope, Sid unhesitatingly starts looking for the money to buy the drug. But, when nobody is willing to help him, in desperation, he makes an ill-fated decision.
