Synopsis/Details
5 professional ghost hunters enter a large 5 story Victorian mansion that was converted from an old insane asylum. Clyde is the patriarch of a large family of serial killers. His mother was a dark witch who cursed the house with spells to make all thoughts manifest thus creating a wild mix of paranormal activity.
The story begins with Jojo the daughter of chief FBI Agent Grimes being tortured to bait her father to enter the house so that the patriarch can kill him. Unknown to the ghost hunters they discover the twisted plot after a few of their team is killed. Clyde has the house on surveillance to stay ahead of their every move.
The house has paranormal entities on all levels but the serial killers are in the lower floors and basement where Clyde has a killing room with all verity of killing devices. The family is in cahoots with the local police and turn a blind eye to activity in the house. The FBI has to come up with a plan to end the nightmare.

Can be made into a PG-13 or R rating for more gore. 93 pages
