Bolsom prison, just outside Los Angeles, Ca. Two male cellmates, TOMMY and LEN, who because of the circumstance and environment they're in, they're long since become jailhouse lovers. Once each has done a three year sentence; one at a time both will be released back to the world. With Tommy being released first, they both make a pact that when they're both free, they will reunite as lovers forever. But after being free for six months back to his heterosexual life, and finding a job he likes, Tommy has had a change of heart about his promise to Len. He's met a woman named SHEILA at his job who he's smitten with, and now has no plans of keeping his pact with the still jailed Len who he deceives all the way up to Len's release. Although he goes through a lot of stress to keep his past and Len secret from his soon to be fiancee, he does continue to write and talk to Len by phone, misleading him about his feelings for him. Once Len is released, a very unstable and vicious felon is out and ready to pick up exactly where he and Tommy left off with their jailhouse relationship. Not knowing about Tommy's change of heart, Len shows up on his doorstep. It doesn't take long for him to realize that things have changed and he's been deceived. After he figures out that he's being rejected, and Tommy's in love with a woman he plans to marry, Tommy and his bride to be will end up the victims of a very frightening fatal attraction. Not about to accept the rejection or being mislead; a revengeful, infuriated, volatile ex-con, decides to stalk Tommy to no end at first to get back what he considers his, and his alone. And to make his pursuit much more effective, he manages to get himself hired where Tommy works, in spite of the fact that he himself has an attempted murder conviction. Some how regardless of Len's relentless pursuit, Tommy's able to on and off the job keep his fiancee's identity a secret from Len, avoiding him from knowing which female on the job is the woman he's going to marry. Then as an added twist, what Tommy doesn't know is, once his fiancee gets a good look at Len, she shockingly recognizes him as the guy who a long time ago, tied her up in an abandoned shanty house where she was forced to watch her then boyfriend at that time, being raped by Len. Now Sheila too has a painful secret past to conceal as Len's pursuit of Tommy and vicariously her, turns from a love lost, to homicidal revenge.
