Synopsis/Details
When a group of tourists, each with their own itineraries, take Ricardo’s shoddy “Tijuana Coach” Tour Bus across the border, it is anything but pleasurable. The bus doesn’t work properly, the driver has a false comradery about him, and the heat is brutal. But that’s only the beginning of the trip.
Hell unleashes on the passengers when the bus driver disappears with the keys and leaves the group stranded on the bad side of Tijuana. Things get worse when they go looking for the driver and stumble onto his dead body. After their friend goes missing, they call him and hear a Mexican brutality execution of their friend. Unknown to the audience, these people are connected with the hospital they have appointments with. The travelers are chased out of the bus by the cartel thugs and seek shelter in an abandoned store front where a squatter helps hide them, unfortunately when the thug realizes this the squatter’s neck is snapped. But the traveling 4 gringos have escaped.
A Federale with his own agenda picks them up and investigates the so-called dead driver, and then without witnesses to back up the story they are arrested. The girls convince the Federale to call the hospital to get them to charge their cards for the bail and soon they are driven to the hospital, unfortunately the guy didn’t have an appointment, so he is left to wither in his cell.
After being persuaded to continue with the operations, breast implants and a birth, they patients are put under. When the two breast implant patients wake up they find they are no longer whole. One has lopsided breasts and a missing kidney, and the other is horribly disfigured as well. The two escape from the hospital while Diana, the pregnant woman, wakes up to learn her baby has been sold to the black market and she has been sold into sex slavery. And with that, she’s hooded and put under once more.
Meanwhile, in the jail, the Federale finally releases the guy, but not before his cell mates brutally raped and beat him. The Federale takes him to the hospital but continues on to an alley and shoots him dead.
The disfigured girls steal the head surgeon’s car and flea to the motel that their bus driver/booking agent put them up for the night. There, they are met with two gimp-masked men who try to kill them, and they barely make it out alive. When they finally make it to the border, they are met by the Federale who hands them their passports he discovered on the dead driver’s person, however, they are in possession of a stolen car so he can’t let them go. They try to run but he shoots them both dead.
Later, Diana, no longer with child, falls out of a moving truck and finds herself walking along a deserted road in the Midwest… hope is lost… her baby’s gone… she has nothing… she lifts a large stone and bludgeons herself…. The end.
