The Writer: Mark Williams

Born and raised by working-class parents in a poor industrial town in South Wales, I am constantly moved and inspired by stories of every day people living extraordinary lives, and tales of success against the odds. More recently, as a father, I have become more enamoured with tales that set out to inspire future generations in the same way. I graduated from the International Film School of Wales in 2006 with a Masters in Film, and shortly afterwards began writing and producing short films for festivals.
