Synopsis/Details
A young biologist, alone in her house in an isolated forest dwelling, recovering from the death of her daughter, finds a strange egg. The biologist takes it home, hatches it and a grotesque alien creature crawls out and bites her. She captures it, cages it, watches it grow quickly, it assumes the likeness of her dead child. The biologist is torn between the love of her daughter and the threat of realisation that it is becoming her.
