Aspiring music recording artist Melody Torez, after suffering the devastating loss of her district attorney father, decides to transition to male, not only because she has always believed that is her true identity, but also to escape harsh judgements in the entertainment world. After falling in love with her childhood bestfriend Elena, she confesses those feelings and the two embark a relationship which will be tested before and after the transition. Jason, who is the bestfriend of Elena and Melody, takes a role as Melody’s manager, and brokers a deal where Melody can be her true self. Jason who was also thrown out of the house by his alcoholic father for being gay, meets the love of his life, but has his world shattered after finding out that his boyfriend is still married.
