Synopsis/Details
Clap Back follows the story of Monica Hill Womack, a registered nurse who seems to have it all: a nice house, job, and a successful doctor husband who she adores. Yet, her world comes crashing around her when she discovers her loving husband has been loving on someone else, and they have a baby on the way. To add insult to injury, the treacherous couple announces that they are, in fact, engaged. Devastated, but not one to sit back and lose everything, Monica resolves to fight back. Supported by her family and teaming up with her best friend and wealthy businesswoman, Juanita Heart, the two set out to open their own agency called Healing Hearts. But far from being just a company that helps women come to terms with and get over their cheating men, the agency sets out to get revenge for them, often with hilarious results. On her journey, Monica meets a lot of terrible men and closes her heart off for good. But there is one man who might be the one who heals her heart and shows her all men aren’t the same if she lets him.
