Synopsis/Details
Inspired by true events.
1. LIL escapes a basement apartment during a violent domestic abuse. LIL wanders in the park and finds an old man, SIMON feeding nuts to squirrels LIL is very hungry and begs for a nut SIMON gives her the bag and asks her name LIL is frightened and hides in the bushes. SIMON leaves the park, walks home and finds LIL has followed him.
2. SIMON takes LIL in asks sister-in-law DR.KRISTEN WELLS to help find LIL'S parents. KRISTEN tries to communicate with LIL but she speaks only a few unintelligible words however LIL can draw. LIL makes very good pencil drawings, images of clients, acts of violence and the killer who held her captive.
3. KRISTEN contacts the police and social services asking for temporary custody of LIL until her parents are found. DETECTIVE MONA STYLES takes the case and sends LIL'S pictures to the media. The KILLER and a pedophile CLIENT see images of themselves in the papers and decide all witnesses must be eliminated including the police. The KILLER follows MONA to the safe house takes everyone hostage in a violent conclusion with uplifting end.
