A severed head is found by a dog out playing on the beach. The head leads VPD investigators Oscar Vega and Angie Flynn to the world of high finance. Who's head is it and why is he smiling? This is a Spec script for the CTV television series Motive. Story based on a true crime that took place in Los Angeles.
