Synopsis/Details
This is a short based on the One in a Trillion series meant to display what created the story world. Review from PixelsGARAGE.com One in a Trillion – Escape, is a ride into the future. It's a peep into a world, two thousand years more advanced. A world where interplanetary and intergalactic travel is the norm. It is the story of a time where cities are packed into boxes and transported across space and time, to be unboxed in a different planet at a different time. In the meanwhile, it is also a dialogue about how little some things change even after millennia. Exploitation, greed, ego and deceit remain unchanged. The screenplay foresees a time where disabled communities live on the fringes of acceptability, away from public glare and hunted by the governments. One in a Trillion – Escape, runs wild, in the positive spirit of the word, with the image of what life will turn out to be, two thousand years into the future. It shows us a future human race, that has established itself across planets in our galaxy and others. It tells us of their journeys, crew and passengers frozen in time using cryogenics, to withstand the rigors of years of travel. It is also ironical that even after 2000 years, and experiencing the consequences of exploiting his original home, earth, man remains unchanged and continues exploiting the entire solar system, for his greed. One in a Trillion – Escape, a screenplay by writer Marven Likness, is a treat for sci-fi lovers. It sets the stage for the more intriguing questions; Does the community manage to escape from Pluto before the authorities manage to reach them? Will they be heading to Canvatas or Aucquas and will the enigma surrounding ‘The Liston Project’ finally find an explanation?

Actor, Writer, Sign Language Advocate/Consultant, Drone Pilot After an incident that cost me most of my hearing in 2016, I have reactivated my creative side. Being a part time actor, I channeled my thoughts into script form to deal with my new reality. Although I am always working on a multitude of projects, I keep coming back to a series I created called One in a Trillion. With it's first release to the public in 2020 it has been amazing to see and hear the feed back I get. I write mostly drama usually dealing with coming of age stories incorporating love and the mistakes of missed opportunities. An idea will pop in my head, and I will dwell on it sometimes for weeks before I even type a… Go to bio
