Synopsis/Details
It's 2074. The war between the World Unity Corporation (W.U.C.) and the Old Earth Loyalists (O.E.L.) reaches its violent climax on Mars. François Marcoux, architect of the W.U.C. regime on Mars, is confronted by his daughter, Barbara Marcoux, now a hardened rebel. Their ideological clash ends with Barbara leaving her weapon behind—daring him to finish the war himself. Above Mars’ moon, fleets from both factions engage in a final, brutal firefight. Captain Roberto Sabala leads W.U.C. forces with surgical precision. Sabala spots Marcoux’s ship; a high-speed chase ensues across Deimos’ surface. Both are unexpectedly captured by the neutral Guard and brought to a station on the asteroid Ceres. At Guard HQ, Commandant Abril De La Cruz declares the formal end of the war. New factions are named: Current Agers (formerly W.U.C.): Order, unity, guaranteed survival. Pure Humanists (formerly O.E.L.): Freedom, autonomy, sovereignty. Sabala and Marcoux were controversially promoted to co-command the new Starwatch unit under the Guard, which is tasked with maintaining peace. Across Mars and Earth, riots break out as cities transition to an open society and Sabala and Marcoux are put in charge of calming their respective sides of the previous war to end the turmoil. Sabala arrives at a remote asteroid outpost to find nine unidentified ships challenging Guard authority. With Lt. Kenny Cisneros, Lt. Charlene Cisneros, and Ensign Maren, he defuses the situation—barely avoiding bloodshed. Tensions rise with the arrival of Captain Marcoux, who is assigned to co-command the base. Their old animosity surfaces, layered with dry sarcasm and moral bitterness. Chief Tech Officer Akiva Stuart inspects the outpost’s outdated systems. At Guard HQ, leadership suspects the Pure Humanists may use the war’s anniversary to destabilize the Belt. Fifty unidentified ships appear—an imminent threat to peace. Marcoux pushes for diplomacy. Sabala prepares for battle. The enemy fleet is led by Tracy Sabala—Roberto’s brother. Pleas for peace fail. A tense battle erupts. Lt. Kenny Cisneros rescues civilians from a nearby resort during the attack. The Guard manages to disable the attackers without full-scale destruction. Sabala informs Marcoux he plans to resign. Commandant De La Cruz overrides him—both must remain stationed due to rising threats. Sabala returns to his quarters. He plays “Imagine” on his guitar. The war is over—but the fight for peace is just beginning.

After a few months, my incessant farting caused then to leave me at a rest stop near some highway in NJ. That was in the 1950s. Last century. As I got older, I had my Mount Sinai moment. My bush was burning, and I was told to write a bunch of movies and TV shows that probably would not be discovered until after my death. No pressure. I quit my job putting lint back onto clothing and started writing. This kept society safe since I did not have time to interact with it, and gave me excuses not to have pets. I discovered I had an affinity for using words like 'affinity, ' which made me a… Go to bio
