It's JACK THE GIANT SLAYER meets CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND.

Our story begins on a rural road. Three young women on their way to a nightclub are abducted by giant blue extraterrestrials. They wake in a bizarre pet store on a distant alien planet. Hazel, one of the young women, is sold to an alien family and separated from her friends.

Hazel finds herself living in a cage in the bedroom of an adolescent alien girl. One day staring out the window, she spots a young man hiding in a tree. Placed in an outside enclosure during the day, Hazel meets Louis, the young man from the tree. She learns that he has been on the planet for years and has recently escaped from his owner.

Louis tells Hazel of his plan to meet a sympathetic alien that runs a rescue shelter for unwanted pets. He is hoping the alien will help them return to Earth. After freeing Hazel from her outdoor enclosure, they make a run for the shelter. Benroon, the shelter owner, welcomes them in and is amazed Louis can speak his language. He agrees to help them return home. Louis reunites Hazel and her two friends after persuading Benroon to purchase them from the pet store.

As Benroon prepares to send them back to Earth using an experimental transporter device, animal control pays a visit. They accuse Benroon of harbouring escaped pets and surround his house. Running out of time, Benroon starts the transporter and informs Louis that there’s only enough power to send three. Louis sacrifices his freedom and sends Hazel and her two friends.

One year later, thousands of abductees begin transporting back to Earth. Watching the arrivals on television, Hazel is hopeful Louis is among them. On her way to be with her friends, she gets caught in a traffic jam during a snow storm. An alien ship appears and hovers above her car. Hazel believes she is about to be abducted again when suddenly there is a knock on her window. Hazel looks, and to her surprise, it is Louis shivering in the snow. She leaps from her car into his arms.
