Synopsis/Details
Set in the 1980's when brick phones were being phased out by flip phones, The Rep follows nine hapless third shift reps who are over worked one night too many when a company promotion causes thousands of calls to bombard their skeleton crew with complaints. Unable to help most callers, the reps, led by Marvin Middleton, an under sexed middle-aged man, resort to disconnecting calls until they get the bright idea to talk smack to customers. It's not until the customers show up the next morning that the reps are busted and are fired, but it won't last long when the company can't get anyone to work the dreaded third shift and the reps get their jobs back.
