Synopsis/Details
Jake is the de facto leader of his small circle of friends. Mike, the stoner, Brandi, the girl next door, Devin, the Goth, and Chris, the family man have all known each other since high school and have all met on a monthly basis for a long running game of Dungeons and Dragons. A growing dread has been stirring in Jake ever since graduating college. He seems to be watching all of his friends, the only family he's known, grow apart and focus on the "mature" aspects of their lives leaving him behind and forgotten.
To try to rekindle the flame of youth in them and bring them even closer together Jake invites the group to a special D&D session on Halloween night at an old abandoned and rumored haunted house. Jake is all too unaware that lurking within the depths of the house is an ancient and evil book known as The Undertome. One by one the group lose their minds to the unspeakable terrors beset on them by the influence of the Undertome. In order to save his loved ones Jake must decide to sacrifice himself for them.
