Time Slingers

The 24th Century. Earth's armed forces ready themselves for a climactic battle against the HAMORAI, a conquering alien race. A scientific expedition led by DR. EVE ST. CLAIR, on its way home after discovering a strange new mineral, gets caught up in the battle. A piece of the mineral is hit, which creates a time warp that sends both the scientists and a Hamorai cruiser crash-landing in the desert Southwest in the year 1875. Realizing the danger of the Hamorai in Earth's past, the scientific team frantically tries to repair their ship and come up with a plan to stop the aliens. They are interrupted by a gang of outlaws, who kill two of their party and threaten to rape Eve. But the team is saved by LUKE JOHNSON, a sharpshooting bounty hunter. Luke reluctantly agrees to help the scientists track down the Hamorai. On a trip into town to recruit more help, Luke and Eve get to know each other, and sparks fly between them. They soon learn about a nearby settlement that has been destroyed by the Hamorai, and their mission becomes more urgent. They enlist the help of the SHERIFF and his DEPUTIES to try and stop the aliens from wiping out Earth. Luke, Eve, the Sheriff, and RICK MASON, the Earth ship's pilot, lead their posse on an attack against the Hamorai. After a fierce gun battle in which several of their party are killed, the humans succeed in destroying the Hamorai ship and ending the threat. Eve and MICHAEL, her fellow scientist, figure out a way to possibly get back home and use the mineral in combination with a modification on the ship’s gun to defeat the aliens. Luke decides to go with them, mainly out of his growing love for Eve. Utilizing Luke's shooting skills, they make it back to the 24th century, landing right in the middle of the battle. With their revamped weapon, they quickly turn the tide of the battle in Earth's favor. Rick is injured during the fight, forcing Eve to overcome her fears and fly the ship on its last, desperate attempt to send the remaining Hamorai forces 500 years into the future.
