Synopsis/Details
Drifter Will is left for dead in the apocalyptic desert badlands and found by farm girl Jess who takes him back to her farm.
Agreeing to help her get medication for her dying friend, Will travels with her to a fairground-like trade post. Their relationship blossoms fast, but during an attack on the market, Will is kidnapped by marauders.
Will finds himself on a battle-ready road-train named The Juggernaut, commanded by Hayden, an ex-military colonel with ambitions to lead a civil war. Meanwhile one of Hayden’s associates has followed Jess back to her farm. Will witnesses the Juggernaut in action, storming another truck like a pirate ship on the highway, showing no mercy.
Will escapes dramatically with Hayden's prized possession, a military buggy known as the Hammertail. Fleeing back to Jess, Will returns only to realize he’s leading the bad guys right to her door.
