Synopsis/Details
JUJI is a shy but gifted fifteen-year-old high school senior (of any nationality) with a history of straight A’s. She is always studying and doing homework but has a habit of investigating unsolved mysteries. Juji’s parents worked for the police and died when she was young, and Juji is now being raised by her GRANDMA and GRANDPA. Juji rides her bike to school following all rules with a helmet and padding. She notices every detail around the neighborhood of local houses, streets, and yards. At school, she is very careful locking up her bike and taking pictures of questionable activities with her phone. Information gathered is always professionally filed and documented. Each student and teacher seem confused by her constant perfection – and curiosity. And if Juji is ever questioned or bullied, she is completely capable of defending herself. When Juji discovers an unusual act or mystery regarding a student, neighbor or teacher; Juji immediately begins another investigation. She doesn’t hesitate to approach onlookers, ask questions, and record information. Each question brings in clues to help solve the mystery. She will proudly stay up late searching for information on her computer, and wake up early to examine each scene for evidence. The principal and faculty are annoyed with her oversight, and her grandparents seem confused by her passion for solving mysteries. But at the end of every episode, Juji reveals the guilty party and explains the confusion. Whether it is cheating on a test or commission of small crime, from start to finish we are amazed by the tactful investigation.

I wrote spec scripts and met with producers at Paramount Studios. I truly thought it was all going to be easy. But shows got canceled, I was too young, and my unsigned agent stopped returning phone calls. I reluctantly started a career in radio as an assistant to the assistant, then got into news (writing boring articles from aged city council meetings). Finally, I got into television. What started as a writer and producer of commercials and infomercials behind the scenes grew into a reporter and news anchor! I… Go to bio
