Synopsis/Details
Kansas City Jo is the tale of a lone tomboy, Joan Dice, wandering the wild west, tracking down the men responsible for killing one of her dear friends as well as many others. Joan is haunted by visions of her dead friend which both keep her awake at night and push her forward in her quest during the day. The story starts with Joan hot in the trail of the murderers, known as Preacher and Half-Breed, while flashbacks show their misdeed, their murders and their raping. Eventually Joan is reunited with a friend who sets her back on the trail of the criminals, so she recruits a group of fellow gunners to help her in her quest to kill them. Half-Breed dies quickly in a cowardly way but Preacher manages to run away from the building where the final fight was taking place, but Joan manages to pursue and successfully shoot him, finally avenging her friend.
