Based on a myth that the real Kantara Castle, sitting on the top of Kyrenia mountain range, has a secret 101st room, that if found, will open the door to paradise. The story begins in the Byzantine period of Cyprus, when a lone goat herder witnesses a strange phenomenon on the mountain top, and sees a huge fountain of water rise out of the ground. We then jump to a reader of a history book, turning the pages as he tells his version of a legend. The pages show a great fight after a castle was built to hide the secret doorway on the mountain top. The pages turn, the castle is destroyed, and with it, its secret - Truth becomes legend as all that is left is a fairytale story of a secret 101st room, that leads to paradise. We later find out that the narrator is Zehra's father. Zehra is a history student, who works as a guide, has learned everything from her deceased father, who was drowned looking for a secret passage to paradise. One night her colleague disappears at the ruins, after a minor tremor, causing the castle cistern to fill with water. What she doesn't know is that a mysterious voice called him to the water. Inspector Muslu investigtates the murder after his body is found, and chief suspect is her friend, Mert, who is a security guard at Kantara. Professor Radcliff helps Zehra uncover the truth, about the 101st room and its mythlogical beast called a siren, half woman, half bird, who protects the doorway. Eren, Mert's father helps further with his diving skills, after the deceased videoed his death clearing his son. A science teacher and forensic is also working to find the truth behind the 10st room in his own unlawful way, Doctor Beech, who is assisted by an army sergeant, Beyaz. They capture the siren, to use her in finding what is beyond the cistern below. By stealing Zehra's father's journal, they jump one step ahead of the team, finally taking Zehra hostage to translate the siren's ancient Greek language , and Eren, to assist with the dive. Akhelous, the siren escapes with Zehra, and helps save the day at sea, where the boundaries of the secret room end, and the dimensional doorway to Atlantis begins. Zehra's father, thought killed by Beech years ago, is found alive and living in Atlantis, where Zehra decides to stay, leaving Muslu and Radcliff to keep the secret hidden and safe, and the legend of 101st room alive, after Akhelous seals the doorway once again.
