The Jenkins family move into a new neighborhood and new city, that hides a dark secret. They encounter strange things from the very first day, as days go by the realize, that they are not dealing with a normal neihborhood, nor are they dealing with normal neighbors. It is something more cynical, more demonic, that some people have sworn to have seen but others claim it is fairy tale. It is not an ordinary boogey man. It is a Jumbie, who goes by different names from island to island. The Jenkins family will learn firsthand all about the Jumbie, as caribbean folklore meets suburban America.
