Synopsis/Details
In the late 40s or early 50s a notorious speed trap operated in the small pulpwood town of Ludowici in rural South Georgia. This operation was so egregious the then governor of the state posted signs on the outskirts of town warning motorists. And so it came to pass, my grandmother was pulled over for speeding in Ludowici... As a child, I enjoyed hearing stories about my waggish and clever Cracker grandmother - An unassuming and plain spoken woman with a 3rd grade education who was a force of nature and a great influence in my life. Speed Trap in Ludowici is one of the stories I heard as a child.

I later worked in construction management, big ticket sales, commercial graphics, and as a packaging design consultant. I now live in Central Florida under the shade of a large oak tree with my long time personal micromanager, the lovely Ms Susan, and enjoy… Go to bio
