Synopsis/Details
Camnercorne, who has the ability to bring the dead back to life, employs his 'children' in his vegan supermarket, The Big V, as a way of keeping them safe from a religious cult run by Father Gus Bellingham, who believes there can only be one true resurrection, and all the others must be put to the sword. During daylight hours, Camnercorne's zombies shuffle about looking pale and lethargic, but come darkness, they all turn into party loving animals in a hidden night club beneath the store, as they return to the way they were at the very moment of their death, some going back hundreds of years. All proudly showing off the cause of their demise. When Clive and Eddie enter the store looking for a friend, they stumble on the secret night club and have the time of their lives with some beautiful zombie women. They keep on returning, forgetting about their own drab lives until they are confronted by Camnercorne. Camnercorne makes a deal with Clive, who pretends to be blind to stop his wife running off with a carpet fitter, and Eddie, an asthmatic whose wife left him and took their son for a new life in Aberdeen, that would allow them both to carry on enjoying the benefits of the zombie night club, for a small favour in return. Clive and Eddie will have to eliminate Father Bellingham and his religious cult! SUPERMARKET ZOMBIES. A comedy with a bit of a bite!
