Synopsis/Details
Susan "Tyger" Blake is a disgraced cop and ex-mother. Now she's a auto mechanic, part-time drunk, and full-time recluse. But a wrecked car gets her wondering about a missing girl. And a fire in the local theater. And a missing old woman. And a dynamited car. And a missing college girl. And a murdered friend. And a missing mother and daughter. Female curiosity and feminist anger make a deadly combination, and she'll run roughshod over anyone who stymies her. As for the chances of getting killed - or redeemed - who cares?.. Original based on my Edgar-Nominated short story.
All Accolades & Coverage

Nominated for an Edgar Award for Short Story. Would have won, but I pointed out it had previously been published online.
