Synopsis/Details
Maya Wells, a loving mother, is driving through a quiet forest road with her 12-year-old daughter, Ivy. Their conversation is lighthearted until Ivy insists on stopping at a particular spot, drawn by an unseen force deep within the woods. Despite Maya’s hesitation, Ivy convinces her to step into the forest, believing it to be a special place. Before they can enter, an old man mysteriously appears, warning them that they are “early.” He vanishes into the woods, leaving Maya unnerved. Ivy, however, grows more determined, claiming she belongs there. When she finally steps forward, Maya tries to follow but slams into an invisible barrier, trapping her outside. Helpless, she watches as Ivy disappears into the shadows, unable to reach her. As Maya frantically pleads to enter, an eerie voice begins whispering to her. It calms her, assuring her that she too belongs. Time slows, her desperation turns into understanding, and she steps into the darkness willingly. The moment she vanishes, the scene rewinds to ten minutes earlier—revealing that Maya and Ivy had been in a fatal car accident. In their final moments, their souls unknowingly walked toward their untimely fate, guided by forces beyond their control.
