Eleanor is sad with grief and her goofy single Father attempts to cheer up by throwing paper areoplanes at her when she lays unresponsive on her bed. When one hits her on the head, she gets an idea. Eleanor rushes to the dusty back garden of her farmhouse and folds coloured paper in a range of brilliant and faulty paper areoplanes. She throws each of them and accepts the design which flys furthest. Now comes the challenge. To make the world's largest paper aeroplane, launch it into the sky, and fly on it.
