Synopsis/Details
Two not-too-bright hoods hold a doughnut shop clerk at gunpoint. They believe that their beloved boss, now dead, will reappear in the shop tonight if the clerk eats the more than a dozen jelly doughnuts that are left over. At gunpoint, the clerk tries to eat them all, but he soon feels sick. While waiting, the hoods reminisce about why they think tonight is the big night. They think back to, among other times, the boss's funeral - when the casket lid slammed shut on one of their ties and nearly strangled him. At midnight, the boss does reappear, but only to criticize his men for being so gullible. After making them apologize to the clerk and leave, the boss briefly takes over the clerk's body to taste just one more jelly doughnut.
