Synopsis/Details
Howard's life is seemingly falling apart. He lost his job as a professor, with a promising future, at the local community college. He and his wife had big plans to move to a University and live "the good life". Howard's wife, Emily, is in it for the money and things have really put a damper on her hopes for that lavish lifestyle.
Howard can't seem to escape his past. He dreams during the day and all night. His childhood in particular, but he can't see past a certain point. He can't get a grip on the faceless friend without a name. It all started when he was to teach a week on unexplained events in his remedial science class. Next thing he knows he was searching the net and his dreams to find answers to life and what is possibly "out there". Somewhere there is a connection between his forgotten childhood and his curiosity for the stars. When he decides to move back to his childhood home to find answers, Emily comes up with her own plans to get rid of Howard and keep his inheritance.
Howard comes in contact with way more than he was prepared for. His past comes flooding back and he recalls the magical childhood he had. The strangeness and the pain. The unexplained and real love. Howard learns more in three nights than any human in a whole lifetime. He gets the answers we all seek; though they aren't always the answers he wants to hear. Will Howard find answers and real love or will he only find himself on the wrong end of Emily's plans?
