Pilot title: The Creaking Floorboard
Pilot description: A young brother and sister try to out-scare one another with bedtime fables, to prove who is the more irresponsible of the two.
If the floorboard outside your room creaks after midnight, it may be the monster that lives in the antique wardrobe down the hall, as it waits to take away any kids who deny their sleep!
And if that isn’t scary enough: How about a neighbor’s tree house, or a fanciful wish at a campfire, or a popular eatery at the mall?
Those don’t sound very scary.
But wait: Just why does old Mrs. McGillicuddy have a tree house? And what does hot breath have to do with a runny nose? And what exactly do they serve at this eatery?
Because as two irresponsible kids - precocious, by-the-book 10-year-old Alexa and street-smart 12-year-old Bobby - try to spook each other with nightmarish allegories, a malevolent force may be watching, listening and judging from just outside their bedroom door.
It’s time to grow up, kids. Or time to become the menu!
