Synopsis/Details
Madison, a fourteen-year-old aspiring influencer, lives in complete isolation on a vast stretch of flat farmland, her only company being her devoutly religious mother, Faith. Under constant scrutiny, Madison's teenage angst festers, fueling a growing defiance against her mother's strict rules. Feeling suffocated, she finds solace online, where she can connect with the outside world—a world Faith desperately tries to keep at bay. As Madison's frustration mounts, she turns to live streaming, secretly recording her mother’s increasingly bizarre behavior for the world to see. At first, her posts seem like nothing more than a rebellious teenager exposing her overbearing parent, but as the content becomes more disturbing, her audience grows. Each video escalates in intensity, drawing in thousands of viewers captivated by the unsettling dynamic between mother and daughter. Meanwhile, Faith seeks guidance from her two sisters: Grace, a religious zealot with a violent temper, and Hope, a reformed but weak-willed woman who still clings to her faith. While Hope urges Faith to see Madison’s behavior as typical teenage rebellion, Grace is certain that Madison is possessed. Convinced that evil has taken root in their home, she persuades Faith that an exorcism is the only solution. What begins as an act of discipline spirals into a horrifying spectacle. With Madison bound and terrified, the three women perform a brutal, live-streamed exorcism, broadcasting their desperate attempt to purge the "demon" before an audience of millions—an audience that may be watching Madison’s last moments.
