Synopsis/Details
Written for an online writer's tournament, 3 Hail Marys is a quick 5-pager packed with suspense and drama. I'm presenting it as available, but, this is more likely just a writing sample. (While too costly to shoot as live action, 3 Hail Marys could be done as an animation project.)
A very visual script, 3 Hail Marys packs an emotional ending punch.
I considered titling it as The Chaos and The Calm, as I think another standout element is the split in the script between the frenetic activity early and the erie quiet of the last few pages.
The contest challenge was to write a short that included horror elements and a bottle of hand sanitizer. In addition, the challenge required the script to be set in an airplane.
