Kevin Bauer has just been giving the news that within 3-4 months, he will die. Having been told he has stage 4 liver cancer, he is now faced with death itself looking right at him, and he has nowhere to run. Not sure what to do or even how to cope with what has to deal with, he turns to his life long best friend named Mary. Together, Kevin is determined to find the answer as to if there is an afterlife and that hopefully, his short existence doesn't stop with his death. Written from my own experience with the fear of death, this character-driven film explores those thoughts and feelings I've had over the last few years.
