Synopsis/Details
Mike and Kevin run a struggling diving center in Malta, burdened by debt and personal turmoil. Mike is a reckless dreamer entangled in shady dealings, while Kevin longs for a better life with his girlfriend Megan, who is secretly pregnant. Their lives take an unexpected turn when Mike’s Norwegian friend reveals the possible location of a Nazi ship that vanished during World War II, allegedly carrying rare diamonds tied to Norse mythology — the "daughters of Ægir."
Ignoring the cryptic warnings of Olaf, a mysterious one-eyed sailor, the two friends embark on a dangerous underwater expedition. What begins as a treasure hunt soon descends into a surreal and terrifying experience as they uncover the shipwreck and retrieve the diamonds. Mike becomes trapped inside the wreck, isolated and running out of air, while Kevin resurfaces to find their boat — and Megan — missing.
Haunted by eerie visions and hunted by a monstrous sea creature, Mike begins to suspect that the treasure carries a supernatural curse. As reality blurs beneath the ocean’s surface, the two friends must confront their deepest fears, the weight of their choices, and the chilling truth that some secrets were never meant to be disturbed.
