Synopsis/Details
Marion, an 18-year-old aspiring artist, endures another night of psychological and physical abuse from her alcoholic father Joel in their decrepit home. As trick-or-treaters arrive on Halloween night, Joel's contempt for everything around him boils over into violent confrontation with his daughter. After Joel strikes Marion, she mysteriously vanishes. Joel begins experiencing supernatural phenomena, hearing his dead wife Mildred's voice, witnessing impossible events.  Mildred's vengeful spirit, accompanied by the spirit of their unborn child and the family cat, enacts brutal supernatural justice. Joel experiences the full horror of his crimes before being castrated and killed in a grotesque finale that mirrors his violence against his family.
