Synopsis/Details
This is a short set during the initial stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. It's based partly on news stories I saw of people sitting outside of nursing home windows so they could be with their loved ones. Some would tell stories, some would sing, some would just sit there and be present in the moment. Mainly this is a story about true love and what you will endure during the worst of times. This was written shortly after my own wife died of cancer three months ago in a hospice center, just as the pandemic was reving up. Fortunately I was able to be with her during that time, but I could only imagine what it would have been like if I could not have been there. And that helped form part of this script as well.
