Synopsis/Details
It's 1962. Frank, Dean, and Peter sit in a meeting, smoking cigars and downing scotch. They are pissed off with the man they put into office, against their better judgment...Jack, the President. They have arranged for the President's father, Joe to attend the meeting, with a view to explain their collective points of view, and how vital it is that Jack and his brother Bobby be pulled into line before they upset 'The Families'. At first, Joe exhibits the same arrogance as his sons, but when pressed to call them to confront Jack with the allegations, he learns firsthand just how unruly his two boys have become. In a temper, he orders his sons to get their asses to this all-important meeting, but will he be able to prevent the trio before him from taking the President out?

The Writer: Martin Cox

My name is Martin Cox and I am an Englishman, London born and bred but now a proud American citizen, domiciled in fabulous Las Vegas with my beautiful Asian wife Anita. Yes, I am very blessed!. I feel extremely humbled to join the Script Revolution and be in the company of so many talented writers. Since childhood, I have had a love affair with the written word, weaving copious amounts of rhyming tapestries, essays and plays for my fellow students to share and perform in. This was when I initially experienced the total intoxication of hearing others breath life into my written words. How wondrous the feeling. And I have been fortunate enough to prolong that addiction throughout the years… Go to bio
