Synopsis/Details
A new drug called Wondermal is introduced into the psychiatric community which dampens dangerous desires and is being used in therapy by a brilliant psychiatrist David Spencer, working with dangerous psychotics. He uses the drug to invent a system of therapy which uses the patients mind to enter the time and place of their murders and lets them witness and try to prevent the murder from happening. Once they have successfully "killed" their psychotic urges they become people with no knowledge of their violent acts and can be given new identities. A Government initiative is put into force to release the prisoners. Cut to six years later, and one of David's patients is now out in the world with a new identity. We believe he is being followed by the detective who put him away and who is convinced is not cured. When one of David’s other patients flips out in a shopping mall and slices his own neck open with a broken bottle in full view, even David has doubts as to whether his therapy has worked or if he’s unleashed untold danger into society.

I held down a fairly steady job at one time as books and films reviewer for a British teen magazine before it bit the dust as magazines are wont to do these days.I was shortlisted (or long-listed, I'm not quite sure) for playwright of the year on BBC local radio which was promising. More recently one of my radio plays was chosen for broadcast by Ocean City Radio and Chesil Theatre shortlisted one of my plays for… Go to bio
