Gormanghast

This is a 30 minute US style TV sitcom pilot. Synopsis This is about a dysfunctional family that lives together in one house. Kevin is a house husband, and the main character. His wife works as a restaurant critic. They have two teenage kids, both trouble. Kevin’s mother and father are divorced. It wasn't amicable. He burned down their house, hence the new living arrangements. The father lives in the basement and the mother in the converted garage. They argue constantly. To make matters worse for Kevin, he has a competitive sister who is a successful fund manager. She has a body builder boyfriend who couldn't be more dumb. This is situation comedy dealing with life's trivial challenges (think Everybody Loves Raymond). There’s plenty of scope for a series development, probably many.
