Synopsis/Details
Imagine if you were a normal hormonal horny teenager and suddenly you develop the ability to shoot frozen peas out of your nose at high velocity? This is what happens to the main character in Local Hero. He discovers he is descended from superheros with quite ridiculous powers. After an embarrassing activation of his ancestral gifts in front of the hot girl next door, his father shows him the basics, while his mother 'hero proofs' the house against super accidents. Shortly after, our new hero is off out to fight crime but discovers that crime is a lot harder to find than it is depicted in the comics. Just when he has his first victory over a littering youth, he is kidnapped by his father's old adversary; none other than Stan Lee himself! Local Hero is short comedy with elements inspired by Deadpool and Mystery Men.
