Synopsis/Details
Rugged adventurer Rick Smoger leads a donkey and his attractive assistant, Eesha, through an ancient cliff top cemetery in the Arabian desert. Eesha claims the cemetery is haunted by a bloodthirsty ghoul that must be killed by single blow as per tradition, but Smoger is only interested in finding gold. They arrive at an exposed tomb riddled with claw marks. It’s as if something tried to dig its way in…or out. Smoger climbs down into the tomb, but instead of treasure, he is confronted by a ravenous striped hyena. He manages to kill the hyena with his knife as it leaps towards him, but caught up in a frenzy, he stabs it multiple times. Outside of the tomb, Smoger approaches Eesha who’s kneeling in front of the dead donkey with her back to him and head bowed. The donkey’s throat has been torn out. When Eesha tells him he should’ve used a single blow, Smoger is dismissive until Eesha turns towards him with the snarling face of a striped hyena, her long fangs dripping with fresh donkey blood. Now it can survive a thousand blows!
