Synopsis/Details
Lisa Liu’s relationship with her mother’s... complicated. She’s battled personal and medical demons; losing her father early, and temporal lobe epilepsy... a one-two punch that even landed her in a mental health clinic for weeks.
Not that returning home helped. Eventually, mother-daughter conflicts sent Lisa packing. She’s been on her own for years.. living in a wreck of a studio.
So when Lisa receives a call her mother’s dead from an accident, guilt and regret mix with delight when she learns she’s inherited the family house. She wouldn’t want to LIVE in that shack again... but maybe she could sell it to pay bills?
Accompanied by friend Kelly, Lisa heads to her old home to clean up. Quickly things go awry. Those strange hallucinations Lisa's experiencing seem to be getting stronger. Sounds and voices from nowhere, and a sudden irrational fear of... holes?
By the time the weekend's over, Lisa will have either exorcised her personal demons - or have succumbed forever to their grip!
