DROID

On the Imperial industry planet of Metalorn, a mysterious figure buys a starship from a leader of the planet’s seedy underground only to barely escape arrest by Storm Troopers. Meanwhile, in hiding after the rise of the Empire, jedi Sola Tragus has found refuge on an island of the ocean word Ahch-To. Her meditative refuge is disrupted by the arrival of an old colleague, Hintifar ‘Hint’ Ben-Enali, who propositions her with a mission directly from the leaders of the newly formed Rebellion: Hunt down and destroy a DROID the Empire is searching for. Reluctantly, Sola, along with her droid companion DD-1B, travel to the forested planet of Telos IV where they track the mysterious DROID to an ancient underground manufacturing plant. Unbeknownst to Sola, her clandestine search on Telos IV has caught the attention of Master Sergeant Beilert Valance, an Imperial war veteran struggling with newly implanted cybernetic implants after a grievous battle injury. Valance, with a unit of 20 Storm Troopers at his back, discover the underground plant, the jedi Sola, and her quarry, the elusive DROID. Sola attempts to neutralize the DROID, but quickly loses the upper hand when the hunter and her prey are interrupted by the arrival of Valance and the unit of Troopers. A full-scale battle erupts between the DROID and the Troopers culminating in a brutal hand-to-hand fight between the DROID and Valance. Forced to find another way out of the underground plant, Sola enters a flooded tunnel and barely escapes being trapped. Sola emerges from the tunnel to witness the DROID’s ship being destroyed by a pair of TIE fighters. Sola reaches her ship and blasts off, only to barely escape the pair of TIE fighters herself. Sola’s skill and ingenuity are pushed to the limit as she’s forced to fight her way off planet past two pursuing TIE fighters AND a Star Destroyer parked in orbit. Safley away and hurtling through hyperspace, Sola discovers that the mysterious DROID has stowed away on her ship and the reason the DROID is desperately fleeing capture is revealed.
