Synopsis/Details
Peter Pan was right: growing up's no fun. At least, that's been Wendy Darling's experience. Months ago, her toddler son was kidnapped off a playground. Blaming herself, she's a wreck on the edge of divorce. And her soon to be ex wouldn't mind seeing her committed for awhile. Especially after Wendy catches news of a strange "bug" infestation in NYC's East Village - a now quarantined bar that seems haunted with bizarre lights. Of course, she instantly thinks "Fairies". And if those fantasies in her youth were somehow true, perhaps her old allies could help her now? Desperate, she hops a flight. Sneaking past police barriers, Wendy soon finds out... she's right! There's been a rip in the interdimensional fabric between Neverland and the "real" world. The first through that hole: a swarm of Fairies, including Tink and a rival Millennial Fairy now in charge. Though the sprites did their best to hide, a local gang (the Lost Boys) have already discovered their existence, and kidnapped several of their tribe to create a new designer drug that gives the user temporary flight! The only human able to speak "Fairy", Wendy makes a deal. Despite her still existing grudge with Tink, she'll personally protect them... IF they help find her son. But little does Wendy know, the interdimensional rift is widening more. Other Neverland denizens have set sail, and are soon to arrive...
