Army procurement leaders, Colonel Anders and SGM Duhl, suddenly find themselves in danger of being forced out of service if they don't come up with a new idea... fast. Anders invokes the mythical good idea fairy to save their careers, but they should have known that nothing ever goes to plan, especially where this fairy is concerned.
