MURDER IN FRAMES The film opens in a cemetery. A female figure with coal black hair is eating a meal in a vault. The Wyatt family are at a farewell party, they are emigrating to New Zealand. They are Bill and Jane a cockney couple in their mid forties. Their children Caroline(15) and Dave(19) In New Zealand Dave buys an 8mm cine camera, then films girls on the streets. Throughout the film the progress of a new road is shown going through the cemetery. Bill And Jane go for a job at a funeral parlour. Dave is furious they don’t get it after reading about necrophilia. One night he breaks into a cemetery vault, taking an old lady from her coffin. In a dream she morphs into a beautiful young girl with coal black hair. They dance around the gravestones. One day he sees the girl from his dream, and follows her home. He discovers she shares a house with three other girls. After murdering the four girls he films the scene. At cine world in Australia an assistant looking for porn on an editor puts the films back in the wrong envelopes. Dave gets an old couples holiday film. They don’t see his film for a year because the bulb breaks in the projector. They go to the police who view the film, then they go to Australia. There are no records of names and addresses there because you address the envelopes yourself. On their return the get a tip off about Dave from a former girlfriend. They interview him, but he ties them in knots. They return with a search warrant, a girl with long coal black hair is seen leaving the house. After speaking with his mother they realise it was Dave. Four months later a bull dozer is smashing down the vaults. In a vault a figure with coal black hair is discovered with a film envelope in her skeletal hand. The police discover it’s the old couples holiday film. The police imagine what Dave went through, because the vaults were welded up. Back at the station the police are thinking they have there killer. Then a forensic officer walks into the office and says “ Sir the body in the vault is female” Dave’s HIDEOUS, CHILLING, HYSTERICAL LAUGHTER BEGINS OVER. C.G.I THE INSPECTORS FACE FILLS THE SCREEN. THEN MORPHS INTO DAVE’S FACE. THEN HE MORPHS INTO HIMSELF AS THE GIRL WITH THE COAL BLACK HAIR. THE EYES ARE GLARING, HE IS SMILING. THEN HE MORPHS INTO THE SKULL WITH THE OPEN JAWS FROM THE VAULT.
