THE TORSO MURDERS At night a man is seen leaving the side of a house with a suitcase. In the morning KIM (40) discovers the dismembered body of her daughter CHARLOTTE (15) her torso is missing. Detectives WILLIAM’S (55)and JACKSON (45) arrive on the scene. Shortly after DAVE (40) arrives home They discover Charlotte’s house key under an ornament by the main door. Evidence of someone staying in the loft is found in the murdered girls house. JANE(14) enters her house using her own key, a blue car drives away. A masked man enters a kitchen through the back door. BILL(45)ROSE(40) and Jane are watching T.V. Police announce no leads in the torso murder case. Bill checks doors, looks at loft hatch. They go into their bedrooms. Later a masked man exits the loft hatch, then enters Jane’s bedroom. Bill comes out to take a leak in the bathroom, while Jane is being strangled to death. It’s discovered Jane is missing from school. Bill and Rose rush home to discover Jane’s dismembered body. In the loft they discover evidence of someone being in there. ROBERT(40)SARAH(40) along with their daughter DEBORAH(15) are watching the news about the torso murders. Robert is seen securing the loft hatch with three iron bars. At Jane’s funeral police question a man watching the funeral. He proves he’s visiting a friends grave by showing them a grave after providing them with details. A surveyor discovers a body in the loft of Robert’s house. Police think they have their killer, Robert hugs Deborah outside as a blue car drives by we can’t see the driver. D.N.A proves the man is not the killer, but a man with mental health issues who lived in the house eight years ago. Deborah is seen asleep, the loft hatch opens the masked man exits the loft. He enters Deborah’s bedroom, whilst hiding behind the door, Robert looks in on his daughter. At day break hysterical screaming is coming from the house At the police station a call comes in about another murder. William’s and Jackson discover Deborah’s dismembered body. The police use a decoy, a police woman dressed as a school girl. They rent a house with two officers acting as her parents. The killer takes the bait, the loft hatch opens. Armed officers tell him “the games up come on out” He leaps out of the loft with a rope around his neck, committing suicide. They discover it’s the man from the cemetery. At night a man exits from the side of a house carrying a suitcase. At daybreak the LOUD ROAR OF JET ENGINES IS HEARD.
